BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION DIET

绝对有效的减肥食谱 - 3天瘦2kg

本人可是式过了非常有效哦。。。!


DAY 1

BREAKFAST :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 1 GRAPEFRUIT, 1 SLICE TOAST,
2 TOS PPEANUT BUTTER.


LUNCH :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 4 OZS TUNA, 1 SLICE TOAST.


DINNER :

1 SLICE COLD MEAT, 1 CUP STRING BEANS, 4 OZS BEETROOT,
4 OZS ICE-CREAM, 1 SMALL APLLE.


DAY 2

BREAKFAST :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 1 EGG BOOLED / POAEHED,
1 SLICE TOAST, HALF A BANANA


LUNCH :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 4 OZS COTTAGE CHEESE,
5 TUC / RITZ BISCUITS.


DINNER :

2 FRANKFURTERS, 4 OZS BROCCOLI, 2 OZS CARROTS,
HALF A BANANA, 4 OZS ICE-CREAM.


DAY 3

BREAKFAST :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 1 EGG HARD BOILED,
1 SLICE TOAST.


LUNCH :

BLACK TEA / COFFEE, 1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE,
5 TUC / RITZ BISCUITS, 1 SMALL APPLE


DINNER :

4 OZS TUNA, 4 OZS BEETROOT, 4 OZS CAULIFLOWER,
HALF PIECE OF MELON, 4 OZS ICE-CREAM.


NOTE:

YOU MUST DRINK 5 X 8 FL OZS OF WATER EACHDAY. TOAST IS TO BE DRY - NO BUTTER OR MARGERINE.TUNA, STRING BEANS AND BEETROOT CAN BE FROZEN.
ICE-CREAM IS TO BE VANILLA FLAVOUR ONLY.
